Robert Boedigheimer     - Website/Blog

Robert Boedigheimer works for Schwans Shared Services, LLC providing business solutions with web technologies and runs Robert Boedigheimer Consulting, LLC. Robert has been designing and developing web sites for the past 12 years including the early days of ASP and ASP.NET. He was the lead architect, designer, and developer for the schwans.com rewrite with ASP.NET, and recently implemented a large ASP.NET 2.0 project. He is a columnist for aspalliance.com, an "Early Achiever" MCSD for .NET with C#, an MCPD: Web with C#, and a 2nd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. Robert has spoken at industry conferences including the Heartland Developers Conference, Twin Cities Code Camp, Tulsa Tech Fest, Microsoft's Visual DevCon, and numerous national and international VSLive! events.

Denny Boynton  - Website/Blog

Denny Boynton is an Architect Evangelist with Microsoft based in The Gateway to the West, St. Louis, Missouri. He's worked in the technology industry for over 13 years in many different roles, including technical writer, "web master" (still don't know exactly what that means), network administrator, developer, project manager and enterprise architect. It is this breadth of experience that allows Denny to work effectively with other architects and technical decision makers to understand the capabilities of today's technological offerings and how these technologies can positively impact their employees, customers and bottom line. Denny is also an active blogger and speaker and is looking to work on an article and/or book in the near future.

Jeff Brand    - Website/Blog

I've been with Microsoft for 12 years. I started with the company soon after the release of Windows 95. Now those were heady days. I've seen the long march of Windows 2000 and was right there for the browser wars. While at Microsoft, I have been a consultant, an ecommerce specialist, and an enterprise technology advisor. Today, I am a .NET Developer Evangelist for Microsoft's North Central District. I live in Minneapolis and often travel to the surrounding states of Nebraska, Iowa, and the Dakotas. In my current role, I am responsible for working with developers and customers that are evaluating or using .NET and assisting in them in understanding and using Microsoft’s developer platform.

Scott Colestock  - Website/Blog

Scott Colestock is a Principal Consultant for Trace Ventures, LLC, based in the Twin Cities. He has delivered solutions in the SOA/BPM space for multiple clients in the area, as well as significant work in the Windows Mobile arena. Scott is recognized also for his work with Team Foundation Server, helping several clients successfully deploy and adopt. Scott is a BizTalk Server MVP, a certified ScrumMaster, and speaks frequently at user groups and industry conferences.

Dean Furness is Director of the Business Intelligence National Practice, and is responsible for developing market strategy for Quilogy’s BI offerings as well as implementing BI solutions for Quilogy’s customers. Dean speaks nationally on industry technology trends and at many events in all vertical markets. He has over 15 years of experience developing and implementing solutions for all types of organizations, with significant experience in creating leading-edge Microsoft Business Intelligence solutions. Dean is an active member of the Microsoft Partner Advisory Council for Business Intelligence.

Javier is a .NET web developer for imagetek, an enterprise content management provider, based in Grimes, Iowa. He's an ASP.NET MVP and MCSD specializing in ASP.NET, system architecture, and training. Javier is also a co-founder of the Iowa .NET Users Group where he serves as the speaker liason chair. Matt is an independent software consultant specializing in Microsoft technologies including .NET, BizTalk Server, Windows Workflow Foundation and Windows Communication Foundation. In addition to spending countless hours digging into these technologies for his customers, Matt has tried to share this knowledge with others by contributing articles to MSDN Magazine, .Net Developers Journal, and C# Today. He has also co-authored several books on .NET technologies. As an instructor for Pluralsight, Matt authored the BizTalk Server and Windows Workflow Foundation courses and regularly teaches these and other technologies to developers around the world. Robert Hurlbut is an independent software architect/developer, consultant, and owner of Hurlbut Consulting, Inc. He is also a Microsoft MVP for Security Development. Robert has over 20 years experience in developing software solutions and specializes in application security, distributed architectures, and database architecture and development. He has spoken at industry conferences, including WIN-DEV, New England Code Camp, Heartland Developers Conference, VSLive!, and DevTeach on topics in Application Security/Secure Development, Architecture, Connected Systems, Agile Methodologies, and SQL Server. He is also the founder and leader of the Boston .NET Architecture Study Group.

Kent Tegels     - Website/Blog

In this session, you will learn about different techniques for storing, indexing and querying spatial data in SQL Server. We will start with solving a simple location problem, then examine techniques for solving with SQL Server 2000 and SQL Server 2005. We will then examine the new GEOMETRY and GEOGRAPHY data types in SQL Server and see how they can be used to for both Geographic Information System (GIS) and not-traditionally GIS types of Applications. While this session is focused on the application development use of these types, Database Administrators are also encouraged to attend as we will be discussing storage, performance and data integration issues.

Andrew Troelson   - Website/Blog

Andrew Troelsen is a partner / Vice President of Training and Technology at Intertech Training, where he has worked for over 9 years. With Intertech Training, Andrew teaches and mentors America's leading organizations (including NASA, Microsoft corporation, Honeywell, Lockheed Martin, Wells Fargo and The Mayo Clinics) regarding the ways of .NET, and if duty calls, the Component Object Model (COM). He is the internationally best-selling author of numerous books (including C# and the .NET Platform (winner of the 2003 Referenceware Excellence Award - Programming Book of the Year and a 2002 Jolt Award Finalist). Along with his book credits, Andrew has authored a series of articles for MacTech (www.mactech.com) where he explored .NET development on FreeBSD-based Unix systems (Mac OS's Darwin in particular) using the SSCLI, Mono and Portable .NET CLI distributions. Greg Wilson  - Website/Blog

Greg Wilson, aka The Pragmatic TSQL Programmer (http://www.solidrockstable.com/blogs/PragmaticTSQL/default.aspx), has been active in the IT community for over 10 years with roles ranging from Network Administrator to Senior Developer. Greg has spent the last two years diving deeply into SQL 2005/2008 and developing tips and trick for developers to make use of the new features. One thing that you can always count on, is that Greg will discuss things pragmatically and give you lots of material that you can use right away at your office the very next Monday.
